Podcasting allows you to receive and download the latest Health in a Heartbeat shows in MP3 audio format. Each Podcast contains a week's worth of shows (usually five). Using any of the software listed below you can subscribe to our Podcast feed and be automatically notified when new content is available. In addition to downloading the shows to your computer, you can transfer these audio shows to your iPod or any other MP3 player to listen to them at your convenience.
